I am beyond touched by this magnificent, miraculous story. This many was truly Christ for not only those prisoners but for all of us. I didn’t know the details of the story, and I am just in awe. My heart is SO touched by the heroism of this true disciple of Christ. St. Maximilian Kolbe, please pray for me, my family, and all of God’s children to be as brave as you were, and to not be scared nor too full of pride to pour our hearts out on one another, esp. in our times of need.
